It was really nice to see the beautiful picture of your cousin eating a kiwi fruit and to read your thoughts regarding breakfast foods.

I also wonder what makes the tea in Chile so sweet. I would expect that they put a lot of sugar into it and/or use a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup. One of my best friends from university used to drink hot water with honey every day. She said that it gave her lots of energy and kept her warm during our cold winter nights!

Sometimes she would also have a cup of hot honey for breakfast with her toast. She always had wholemeal toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Sometimes she would even add a banana to the toast. Have you ever tried peanut butter and banana? It's a classic Canadian treat. I love it but my son, Aronui, isn't such a fan!

Either way, we both ensure that we eat a good breakfast in order to start our day off on the right foot. We need energy to get our brains and our bodies moving and to help us get ready to learn. I love to read that you also eat a good breakfast. Cornflakes are pretty tasty!

Keep up the great work with your blogging, Aaliyah. I'm looking forward to seeing what Day #8 brings...

Cheers!

RachelAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10992026915931452376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819306294602433876.post-13669565105394326052017-01-03T21:08:37.855+13:002017-01-03T21:08:37.855+13:00Hey Aaliyah,
